Lean engineer

Wage 

• Be a LEAN Role Model
• Coach the local leadership team in lean and change / transformation.
• Support the transformation towards a continuous improvement attitude in local plant based on the HPS principles and philosophy.
• Change the mind-set in local plant towards zero waste process attitude (LEAN philosophy) and insure MDI sustainability
• Support, monitor and coach plant team in work with Road Map / Hoshin Plan to ensure sustainable continuous improvement
• Support the Plant Mgmt. to stay focused and not losing track of the agreed targets and milestones in the Hoshin Plan.
• Carry out workshops with the local plant to actively drive the “change” and achieve key initiatives
• Insure sustainability of continuous improvement system / culture in all aspects considering Safety, Quality, Production
• Drive sustainable year on year efficiency and productivity gain
• Achieving a change in mind-set, a change in the thought process around “what good looks like”
• Train, guide and coach the local teams with regards to LEAN @ Hoval (HPS)
• Contribute to cross-plant best practise sharing within LEAN Team
• Making HPS a succes

• Work in a foreign company with perspective production focus

Personality requirements and skills

• Technical Background (Production, Engineering or similar)
• Lean Trainer or similar Education
• English B1 or Higher a Must (additional languages a plus)
• Ideal person is coming from a similar environment
• Experience in a production environment is a must (at least 10 Years)
• Rich experience project management (DMAIC approach)
• Strong background in performance improvement projects
• Gained Experience in direct Production Leadership
• Experience with LEAN manufacturing principles
• Experience with Atlassia / Jira and SAP
• Open, well balanced & grounded personality

• Proactive, hands-on , drives and delivers
• Enthusiastic ,well organized
• Supportive Team player who actively engages within departments
• Good Analytical Skills
